Decorating with Moroccan Tile Wall Art Wood Design
Local clays and glaze colours are used to create traditional Moroccan tiles utilizing time-honored manual labor methods. Moroccan design is characterized by intricate geometric patterns and vibrant jewel-toned hues. Additionally, Moroccan tiles feature a wide range of pattern combinations, including crosses, squares, triangles, diamonds, stars, and polygons that link together mathematically. Because depictions of living things were prohibited by Islamic design principles, geometric patterns were increasingly popular as a way to decorate and bring color to structures.
Early tiles only came in a few hues, primarily white and brown. Moroccan-style tiles are now available in a wide range of colors, with the traditional shades being brown, white, green, saffron, blue, and black. The four elements of fire, water, air, and earth are represented by these colors. They create eye-catching combinations when combined.
