Thanks for shopping at Alizoni. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are here to help. Please see below for more information on our refund and exchange policy.

Return & Refund

All returns must be postmarked within fifteen (15) working days from the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging with all original tags and labels attached.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping & Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service at (CS Email Address) for the return address (Do not send your purchases back to the label shown in the shipping package). Place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return item to the return address provided by the customer service representative.

Please note, you will be responsible for paying for all return shipping charges for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also immediately notify you on the status of your refund or exchange whether to accept or decline after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved;

For Refund: We will initiate a refund to your credit card or original mode of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

For Exchange: We will send a replacement for the defected, damaged or incorrect item received free of shipping as a one-time courtesy.

  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased arrived defective, damaged or incorrect.
  • Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  • You are responsible for any loss or damage to the item during shipment.
